How to delete your account
We want account removal to be clear. The steps depend on your account type. If anything is unclear, contact us at [email protected].
Personal or business (seeker) accounts
You can delete your account yourself from the website:
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Account → Profile.
- Scroll to the Delete account section.
- Type DELETE in the confirmation box and confirm.
This permanently removes your login and profile data from our active systems (soft delete). You will be signed out immediately.
Cleaning company (company owner) accounts
Company accounts may have billing history and listing data. To avoid accidental removal of a live listing:
- Sign in and open Account → Profile.
- Use Request account deletion — we receive an email at [email protected].
- We confirm billing is cancelled and process deletion within a few business days.
You can also email [email protected] directly from the address on your account.

[email protected] with the address you used to register. We respond from the same inbox used for support and deletion requests.
