How listings work

Listed on the map — what it means

CleanersMap is a location-first directory, not a booking agency. When a company appears on the public map, it means they completed a paid listing profile — not that we inspected licenses or insurance.

Who appears on the map

A company is listed (visible in search) when all of these are true:

  • Owner confirmed their email address
  • Active Basic or Pro subscription
  • Complete profile: company name, phone, base location, service area
  • Listing status active (automatic once the above is done)

No approval queue and no document upload. If you see them on the map, they paid for a listing and filled out their profile.

Basic vs Pro on the map

  • Basic ($10/mo) — company profile and service area on the search map.
  • Pro ($20/mo) — everything in Basic, listed first on the search map, full competitor names, priority in operator outreach emails, and extended weekly analytics.

Plan badges in emails and on your account show which tier an operator chose — not a government or safety certification.

How a company gets listed

  1. Register as a company owner and confirm email.
  2. Complete profile on Account → Profile: name, phone, base ZIP/location, service radius.
  3. Subscribe to Basic or Pro.
  4. Your company is automatically listed on the search map — no manual review.

What a map listing does not mean

  • We did not inspect a license, insurance certificate, or the quality of a clean.
  • We do not guarantee workmanship, safety, or insurance on a specific job.
  • We do not employ cleaners or perform the cleaning.
  • A listing is not a government endorsement.
  • Always confirm price, licensing, and insurance with the company before you hire.

For customers

Companies on the public map are Basic or Pro subscribers with complete profiles. Contact operators directly — there is no commission on bookings.
